  We currently moved into a so called rental in Bushnell IL the secretary Tina told our landlord to shut off our power to get rid of rif-raf. It was Feb. 28 ,2017 they turned of our electricity because the landlord got mad that I didn't get it changed. I'm sure it is illegal in the state of Illinois to shut off any utlities before March 15th. We have had nights in the 20's ! We have tried to turn it on since we have 30 days left in our rental and they refused. I'm warning Everyone this company goes by there own rules.
